What are the rules/procedures for public schools being made wheelchair accessible? Where do the necessary funds come from?

My name is Stephanie Berry, I have a disability as well. However, I'd like to inform you about an important national study that is taking place in Canada that involves people with disabilities. I am a summer student with the Canadian Counsel on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW). We are conducting an important study on skilled trades and people with disabilities. This study aims to uncover the challenges and oprotunities that face people with disabilities. To help with our research, we have created a survey for employers to fill out, and another survey for youth (15 to 30 years of age) to fill out. The survey is short and we are currently low on responses from citizens of Manitoba so your help is needed! to see the survey for youth, go to: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=389522211441 for the survey for employers go to:
